Easter 2013

 

 
We made the rounds this year for Easter. My parents had some family over to celebrate on Saturday and then we made the trek to Tecumseh that evening to spend Easter at the Rajala's.  Since the kids were getting baskets from both parents and grandparents, we let them have one before church and one after.  The girls went off to their class together and Lucas slept in Adam's arms through nearly the entire thing.  While it was a great service, Luke's favorite part was walking along the train track to get in and out of the building.  Once we made it to G & G's house, the meal preparations commenced and the kids opened their Easter baskets.  While we were still in our clothes (and they happened to still be clean), I thought that we should get some pictures. 

Bella wouldn't sit still and smile for a picture with her cousins or on her own, but she had no problem posing for many pictures like these.  I just love that we were able to get a great one of her without any coaxing at all.  Our kids wouldn't comply at all no matter even though we promised chocolate.
